How to Apply to Obtain Erection Permission for Lift (Form A):

1. To Apply for Erection Permission(Form A), Go to Apply Form A page.
2. Fill all the required fields and click Apply button.
3. In the preview form, Changes can be done using Go Back button. Otherwise click Print button to print the Form A and put the signature.
4. Form will be saved. Click Continue to upload the signed Form A and Lift drawings(Optional) or Later you can submit the signed Form A via View Form A List
5. Select the application number to Generate Challan and pay the amount.
6. Once paid the amount, upload the copy of challan in Submit Paid Challan page.

Check Lift Erection Permission Status:

1. Check the Lift Erection Permission Status in Form B Status page.

Apply to Obtain Permission to Operate Lift (Form C D E):

1. After getting Form B approval and lift erection completed, Go to Apply Form C D E page.
2. To Generate Work Completion Report of the Manufacturer(Form D), Click Generate Form D & select the Generate option for particular lift reference number.
3. Fill all the fields in Form D and Click Submit.
4. Download the Form D and Get signature from Manufacturer directly or Click Allow & Send Notification to Manufacturer to Generate Form page to get signature via online.
5. To Generate Completion Report from Licenced Contractor (Form E), Click Generate Form E & select the Generate option for particular lift reference number.
6. Fill all the fields in Form E and Click Submit.
7. Download the Form E and Get signature from Electrical Contractor directly or Click Allow & Send Notification to Electrical Contractor to Generate Form page to get signature via online.
8. After completing Form D & E process, To Generate Notice Intimating the Completion of the Lift Erection (Form C) Click Generate Form C page to apply Form C and Generate the challan and pay the amount. Once paid the amount, upload the copy of challan in Submit Paid Challan page.
9. To Submit all the generated Forms(Form C D E), Go to Intimate Completion page & Select the application number and Upload Form C D E along with Insurace Policy.

Check New Lift Licence Status (Form F):

1. Check the Lift Licence status(Form F) in Lift Licence & Queries page.

How to Apply for Renewal of Lift Licence (Form G):

1. To Apply Renewal of Lift Licence (Form G), Go to Apply for Renewal (Form G) page. Click Renewal Request for your lift licence number.
2. Fill the Form and Attach the AMC agreement copy and Insurance copy. Click submit and Download the generated Form G in View Renewals page and put the signature.
3. Click Submit Form G to Upload the signed Form G in View Renewals page and Generate Challan.
4. Once paid the amount, upload the copy of challan in Submit Paid Challan page.

Check Renewal Lift Licence Status:

1. Check the Renewal of Lift Licence status(Form G) in View Renewals page.

1. Check Lift Erection Permission (Form A) Queries in Form B Status page.
2. Check Lift Erection Completion Report(Form C D E) Queries in Lift Licence & Queries page.
3. Check the Renewal of Lift Licence(Form G) Queries in View Renewals page.

2. List of Approved Maintenance Companies for Lifts.
